Since moving the Headquarters to Nairobi Kenya, mi-Fone has set up a service centre and over 40 drop of points across Kenya for after sales service.

In Nairobi, customers who take their phone to the service desk at the service desk at El Roi Building along Tom Mboya Street will have the phone fixed within 24 hours. The customer could also opt to have their devices fixed as they wait. This is the first phase of a larger plan to improve after sales service in all markets in which mi-Fone devices are available.
